On Sunday May 17th, the garden was full of blue and yellow! The local cub scout troops came and gave there time to the garden. These little hands produced a mighty impact, spreading out wheelbarrels full of mulch throughout the garden. The Garden wants to send out a big THANK YOU to all of you who came out and participated.

The Junior Master Gardeners 4-H club is getting ready to kick off and start growing! The first meeting will be held March 5 at 3:45 at the Winnemucca Community Garden.If you love to garden want to learn how to grow your own food or just like to get your hands dirty, then come out and be a part of the new club. You will take part in the plant's entire life process from seedlings in the greenhouse to food at your table.
